Hou jij van diversiteit en wil jij je kennis en ervaring inzetten op locaties en werken met verschillende doelgroepen? Hou je ervan om samen met de cliënt doelen te bereiken en wil jij jezelf blijven ontwikkelen om de beste versie van jezelf te worden? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken! Wat ga je doen? Als woonbegeleider (wij noemen dat Herstelbegeleider) loop je in je werk tegen frustraties aan van cliënten, samenwerkingspartners, maar ook van het netwerk rond de cliënt. Want ook zij ervaren de fasen van herstel en terugval op de weg vooruit. Maar jij maakt het verschil; je komt met oplossingen en ideeën als het vastloopt, blijft naast de cliënt staan als hij het moeilijk heeft en geeft complimenten en feedback. Het leuke van ons werk is ook dat je met zeer diverse mensen werkt, ieder met een ander verhaal, een andere achtergrond. Cliënten met verslavingen, een licht verstandelijke beperking en/of doofheid.
