Ga uit van de eigen kracht van onze cliënten. Als woonbeleider / verzorgende IG word jij enthousiast van het begeleiden van cliënten naar een zo zelfstandig mogelijk leven. Heb je affiniteit met somatiek? Kom dan werken op onze beschermd wonen locatie in Noordwijkerhout! Beschermd wonen Noordwijkerhout biedt ondersteuning aan 43 cliënten met verschillende ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Een gedeelte van deze cliënten heeft moeite om de hulpvraag uit te stellen, wat maakt dat hier 24 uur per dag begeleiding aanwezig is om de cliënten te ondersteunen bij hun hulpvraag. Een ander gedeelte van de cliënten hebben somatische klachten waar zij ondersteuning, verzorging of verpleging bij nodig hebben. De begeleiding is gericht op het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden, (opnieuw) aanspraak doen op bestaande vaardigheden en samen met de cliënten onderzoeken waar hun krachten en wensen liggen vanuit de herstelvisie. Per cliënt kan dit proces er anders uitzien; iedereen heeft zijn eigen tempo en verhaal. Als woonbegeleider / verzorgende IG begeleid je de cliënten in hun dagelijks leven, waarbij je ondersteunt bij het uitvoeren van de gemaakte afspraken in herstelplan van de cliënt. Je observeert, signaleert en rapporteert. Je bent alert op veranderingen in gedrag en maakt dit bespreekbaar met zowel de cliënt, de persoonlijk begeleider en het (FACT-)wijkteam. Hierbij neem je preventieve maatregelen om escalatie te voorkomen en richt je je op de mogelijkheden van de cliënt.
