Functieomschrijving Als Woonconsulent ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf richting de klant. Je begeleidt particuliere opdrachtgevers tijdens het hele bouwproces, van de eerste kennismaking tot en met de oplevering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun woning laten bouwen of verbouwen en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gedurende het hele traject goed geïnformeerd en gehoord voelen. Je vertaalt wensen en eisen naar haalbare plannen, stemt af met de uitvoerders en zorgt voor een soepel verloop van het project. Daarnaast houd je de voortgang nauwlettend in de gaten en signaleer je tijdig eventuele knelpunten.
