Als Specialist Productmanagement Productregistratie ben je de spil in het proces rond productregistratie en portfolio-onderhoud van plantenrassen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle registratie- en dataprocessen soepel verlopen, van het verzamelen van documentatie tot het indienen van aanvragen en het beheren van de levenscyclus van onze producten. Dankzij jouw precisie en organisatievermogen kunnen collega’s zich focussen op innovatie en marktstrategie.Je dag bestaat uit het opvolgen van registratiedossiers, het bijhouden van portfoliogegevens en het bewaken van deadlines. Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende afdelingen, stemt af met interne en externe stakeholders en bewaakt de kwaliteit van data en rapporten. Tijdens piekperiodes houd je het hoofd koel en weet je prioriteiten te stellen.Zoek jij een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid binnen een internationaal team? • Professionele bachelor in bedrijfskunde, life sciences, landbouw of een vergelijkbare richting

• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in productmanagement, portfolio support of administratie (ervaring met rasregistratie is een extra troef)

• Ervaring in een internationale of matrixorganisatie is een pluspunt

• Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en procesgericht kunnen werken

• Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden

• Zelfstandig, flexibel en stressbestendig

• Vlot kunnen werken met Microsoft Office (ervaring met portfolio- of registratiesystemen is mooi meegenomen)

• Discreet in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
