Vanuit de controlekamer houd je het volledige proces scherp in de gaten, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je ervoor dat duizenden stuks wasgoed dagelijks soepel, efficiënt en volgens planning door onze moderne wasserij bewegen. Je schakelt snel bij verstoringen, houdt overzicht en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen. Dankzij jouw inzicht, daadkracht en gevoel voor processen blijft de fabriek draaien als een geoliede machine. Wat ga je doen? Als Workflow- Systeemoperator ligt de verantwoordelijkheid in jouw handen om de productieflow in de fabriek dagelijks optimaal te laten verlopen, onderstaand nog een aantal taken waar jij blij van wordt: - Jij hebt een cruciale rol om de dagelijkse workflow te bewaken en zo nodig bij te sturen; - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig vrijgeven van klantorders in ons systeem (Operator User Interface) zodra de order compleet is; - Jij signaleert storingen en zorgt dat deze in samenwerking met onze Technische Dienst worden opgelost, zodat het inpakproces altijd doorloopt; - Jij monitort per artikel of er voldoende voorraad is om te klant te beleveren, je signaleert afwijkingen en indien gewenst stuur je het productieproces bij; - Daarnaast zorg jij ervoor dat de productiecapaciteit in de gaten wordt gehouden; (hebben wij voldoende personeel aan een specifieke lijn? moeten we bijschalen of afschalen?)) hierover heb jij continue overleg met de productieleider.
