Wij zijn specialist in het onderhouden en het opruimen van olie, gas en zout bronnen en in het onderhouden van geothermiebronnen en ondergrondse waterstofopslaglocaties. Door onze inzet leveren we wereldwijd een belangrijke bijdrage aan de energietransitie. Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in een nieuw bedrijfspand aan de A28 in Assen. WellGear groeit en wij zijn op zoek naar een Workplanner De werkvoorbereider die wij zoeken is verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van inspecties, onderhoud en reparaties, certificering en de assemblage en het testen van nieuw gebouwde apparatuur. In deze functie ondersteun je het Equipment-team en fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen de verschillende technische ondersteunende afdelingen (Hydraulics & Rotating, Electronics & Automation, Certification & Logistics, Engineering en Procurement). Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van de jaarlijkse doelstellingen van de Equipment-afdeling; - Voorbereiden, plannen en coördineren van onderhoud en reparaties aan apparatuur van WellGear, in overleg met de verschillende technische ondersteunende afdelingen; - Plannen van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en het organiseren van benodigde hulpmiddelen, zoals kranen en hoogwerkers; - Afstemmen met het magazijn over de voorraad; - Verantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer en het plaatsen van bestellingen in het Warehouse Management System (WMS); - Zorgdragen voor de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen voor geplande werkzaamheden; - Verantwoordelijk voor het uitbesteden van werkzaamheden en/of het inkopen van diensten van derden op de werf; - Verantwoordelijk voor de introductie en onboarding van externe partijen in de werkplaats; Bestellen van niet-voorraadartikelen in samenwerking met de Procurement-afdeling; - Optimaliseren van onderhoudsplanningen op basis van bevindingen...
