Wat houdt de job in?

  • Tijdens het Young Graduate Traject ontdek je verschillende functies binnen de productieomgeving
  • Je ondersteunt als Process Engineer de optimalisatie van productieprocessen en installaties en werkt verbetervoorstellen uit tot implementatie
  • Daarnaast kan je als Teamleader een afdeling aansturen waarbij je jouw technische kennis combineert met people management en het aanpakken van bottlenecks
  • Verder neem je als Maintenance Engineer het voortouw in verbeteringsprojecten rond machines en technologieën, zoals verpakkingslijnen
  • Tot slot bouw je expertise op in samenwerking met afdelingen zoals aankoop, verkoop en technische dienst
  • Je studeerde net af als Master of Bachelor Elektromechanica of in een andere focus binnen de ingenieurswetenschappen
  • Technische affiniteit en interesse in procesoptimalisatie en onderhoud zijn essentieel
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en bent bereid jouw kennis van het Frans verder te ontwikkelen
