Na een eerste periode wordt samen bekeken waar jouw sterktes en ambities het best tot hun recht komen. Zo kan je doorgroeien binnen accounting, financial controlling, commercial controlling of op termijn zelfs een andere afdeling binnen de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Instaan voor de correcte verwerking en opvolging van klanten- en leveranciersboekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van facturatie, betalingen en openstaande posten en bewaken van betalingsachterstanden.
  • Verzamelen en verwerken van financiële informatie in samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Dagelijks opvolgen van betalingen voor lopende en toekomstige orders.
  • Meewerken aan rapportering, maandafsluitingen en aangiftes.
  • Ondersteunen van verschillende financiële projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Op termijn doorgroeien naar een rol binnen accounting, financial controlling of commercial controlling, afhankelijk van interesses en sterktes.

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in Handelsingenieur, TEW, Economie of een aanverwante richting.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Nauwkeurige en efficiënte manier van werken, met oog voor prioriteiten en deadlines.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om financiële informatie helder over te brengen.
  • Proactieve en ondernemende ingesteldheid.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met boekhouding of financiële rapportering.
  • Interesse in een commerciële en snelgroeiende omgeving.
  • Ervaring met financiële systemen en Excel.
