Geeignetes Personal wird immer mehr zum Schlüsselfaktor für innovative Unternehmen. Unsere Techniker_innen und Spezialist_innen aus den Bereichen IT, Engineering sowie Human Technology unterstützen Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihrer innovativen Projekte.

Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort 1 (Young-) Professionals im Versicherungsinnen- und Außendienst (m/w/x) Einsatzort: Graz

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

- Betreuung von Bestandskunden (B2B Schwerpunkt)

- Kalkulation von Angeboten

- Sparringpartner_in für Versicherungen

- Betreuung von diversen B2B-Kunden (Bauträger, Hausverwaltungen, Gemeinden, Sozialversicherungsträger, Interessensvertretungen, ...)

- Erstellung des gesamten Vertragswerks (Angebote, Verträge, Risikoanalyse, Ausschreibungen, Vollmachten, Beratungsprotokolle) nach Vorlage und mit Unterstützung von Kollegen/Vorgesetzten

- Eigenständige Verwaltung und Betreuung der Versicherungsverträge

- Bearbeitung von Anträgen und Vertragsänderungen

- Erstauskunft, Bearbeitung und Erledigungskontrolle von Versicherungsfällen

- Fachkundige Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

- Administrative Tätigkeiten

Unsere Anforderungen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (LAP, HAS, HAK, HLW, BWL, FH mit Wirtschaftsschwerpunkt)

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Versicherungsbereich (Lehre / FH) vorteilhaft

- Erste, einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil

- Fundiertes Versicherungsfachwissen bzw. -interesse

- Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift werden vorausgesetzt

- Gute Englischkenntnisse vorteilhaft

- Ausgeprägtes Engagement und hohe Motivation

- Sehr genauer und zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil

- Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

- Professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on Mentalität

- Hilfsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

- Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt ab € 2.600,00 brutto, wobei je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine dementsprechende Überzahlung jedenfalls vorgesehen ist. Vergleichbare Positionen werden mit € 2.600,- bis € 4.000,- (für sehr branchenerfahrene Kollegen mit Vertriebsfokus).
