Zoek jij een studierelevante studentenjob waarin je echt impact maakt op welzijn en gedrag op de werkvloer? Voor ons internationaal voedingsbedrijf in regio Wielsbeke (met focus op gezonde voeding en duurzaamheid) zoeken we een gedreven bachelorstudent Toegepaste Psychologie.

Geen klassement of notities maken, maar analyseren, adviseren en verandering realiseren.

Jouw rol & mogelijke projecten :

Je werkt mee aan strategische projecten rond HR, gedrag en organisatieontwikkeling. Het takenpakket stellen we in overleg samen op basis van jouw interesses en voorkeur:

  • Welzijn & Arbeidsorganisatie: Analyseer resultaten uit psychosociale bevragingen en vertaal data naar actieplannen rond work design, leiderschap en cultuur.
  • Gedragsverandering & Beleid: Help beleid rond o.a. efficiënt vergaderen, digitaal werken of AI-gebruik om te zetten in de praktijk via nudging, communicatie en training.
  • Assessment Centers: Ontwikkel praktijkgerichte oefeningen, cases en beoordelingscriteria om talent en competenties binnen de organisatie te meten.

Je zit in je 3e bachelor Toegepaste Psychologie (Arbeids- & Organisatiepsychologie) of master

Je bent tijdens het academiejaar minstens 1 dag per week beschikbaar (meer dagen mogelijk).

Je werkt analytisch, bent creatief en hebt interesse in welzijn en gedragsverandering.

Je beschikt over eigen vervoer (de locatie is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer).
