Zu Ihrem AUFGABENGEBIET gehören:

* Patient_innenempfang und Terminvereinbarung

* Telefonbetreuung

* Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben

ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Ordinationsgehilf(e)in-Ausbildung von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* grundlegende Buchhaltungskenntnisse (Rechnungen erstellen, Rechnungen archivieren, Mahnungen erstellen etc.)

* Beste Umgangsformen, auch am Telefon

* Gepflegtes, sicheres Auftreten

* Freundlicher Umgang mit Patient_innen und Kolleg_innen

* Aufgeschlossenes und kommunikatives Wesen

* Absolute Genauigkeit

* Strukturierter Arbeitsstil

* Verlässlichkeit und Stressresistenz

* Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent

* Eigeninitiative

ARBEITSZEIT:

Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 30 Wochenstunden

* Mittwoch: 8:00 bis 12:00 und 13:00 bis 18:00 Uhr

* Montag, Dienstag, und Donnerstag: 8:00 bis 12:00 und 13:00 bis 15:00 Uhr

ENTLOHNUNG:

Das gebotene Mindestentgelt beträgt EUR 2.000,-- brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Geboten wird eine Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
