Als Zelfstandig Monteur Installatietechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig installeren, aanleggen en monteren van complete installaties in utilitaire gebouwen. Je werkt aan projecten waarbij duurzaamheid en innovatie centraal staan, van moderne kantoorpanden tot grootschalige woningbouwprojecten die volledig gasloos worden opgeleverd. Je leest technische tekeningen, plant je eigen werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de geldende normen en voorschriften wordt uitgevoerd. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en werk je nauw samen met andere vakspecialisten op de bouwplaats. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Het zelfstandig installeren en monteren van verwarmings-, ventilatie- en sanitaire installaties; - Het aansluiten en in bedrijf stellen van moderne systemen zoals warmtepompen en duurzame installatietechnieken; - Het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en werkbonnen; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het signaleren van afwijkingen; - Het begeleiden en instrueren van minder ervaren monteurs; - Het onderhouden van contact met andere disciplines op de bouwplaats.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functies zoals Eerste Monteur of Werkvoorbereider. Je krijgt toegang tot het eigen studiefonds, waarmee je certificeringen kunt behalen voor nieuwe technieken. Denk aan opleidingen op het gebied van warmtepomptechniek, BIM-coördinatie of projectleiding. De organisatie stimuleert medewerkers actief om cursussen te volgen en vakdiploma's te halen, zodat je altijd voorop blijft lopen in het vak.
