Wir suchen aktuell 1 Zerspanungstechniker/in Ihre Aufgaben

* selbstständiges Aufspannen von Werkstücken (in Eigeninitiative und ohne Vorgaben)

* eigenständiges Programmieren auf Siemens 840C, Siemens 840D (kein Bedienpersonal)

* Dokumentation und Archivierung der erstellten NC-Programme (DNC-System)

* Auswahl der geeigneten Bearbeitungswerkzeuge

* technische Zeichnungen lesen und verstehen

* verantwortlich für den richtigen Einsatz von Zerspanungswerkzeugen (Schnittdaten, Spantiefen usw.)

* einfache Berechnungen durchführen (Drehzahlen, Winkelfunktionen, Lochkreise etc.)

* Zusammenstellen von Werkzeugen und Vermessen auf Voreinstellungsgeräten

* umfangreiche Kenntnisse über die Bearbeitung von verschiedensten Materialien

Ihr Profil

* abgeschlossene Lehre als Werkzeugmaschineur_in bzw. Zerspanungstechniker_in

* mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* offenes und teamorientiertes Verhalten

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

Das Monatsbruttogehalt mindestens 3.531,57 EUR. Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt jedoch von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab.
