Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Zerspanungstechniker_in / Metalltechnier_in / Werkezugmacher_in in Ebreichsdorf Tätigkeitsbereich:

·Fertigung und Bearbeitung von hochpräzisen Zerspanungs- und Sonderwerkzeugen nach Zeichnung und Kundenvorgabe

·Bearbeitung von HSS, Werkzeugstahl, Vollhartmetall (VHM) und PKD

·Herstellung von Spiral- und Stufenbohrern, Form-, Scheiben- und Schaftfräsern, Reibahlen, Räumnadeln und Drehmeißeln

·Fertigung von VHM-Rundstäben nach Kundenwunsch

·Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen der eingesetzten Werkzeugmaschinen

·Durchführung von Schleif- und Zerspanungsarbeiten

·Kontrolle der gefertigten Werkzeuge mit entsprechenden Mess- und Prüfmitteln

Sicherstellung von Maßhaltigkeit, Oberflächengüte und Qualität

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker, Metalltechniker, Werkzeugmacher oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

·Berufserfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung bzw. Werkzeugfertigung von Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Führerschein B und eigener PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes notwendig

Bereitschaft, sich auf die betriebsspezifischen Maschinen einschulen zu lassen
