Gearbeitet wird mit einer breiten Materialvielfalt - von Kunststoffen über Edelstähle bis hin zu Sonderlegierungen und spezialbeschichteten Werkstoffen.

Zum sofortigen Eintritt sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Zerspanungstechniker (m/w/d) in der Fertigung.

Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ sind zur Anreise an den Arbeitsort von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von modernen CNC-Dreh-& Fräsmaschinen

* Fertigung von präzisen Bauteilen nach kundenspezifischen Anforderungen

* Auswahl geeigneter Zerspanungswerkzeuge und Spannmittel für die jeweilige Fertigungsaufgabe

* Selbständige Vermessung & Qualitätskontrolle der Bauteile während der Produktion

* Erstellung von Rüstplänen und Pflege von Fertigungsdaten

* Enger Austausch mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsleitung und Qualitätssicherung

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen oder -Fräsen von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Freude an Zusammenarbeit und lösungsorientierter Abstimmung im Team

* 2 Schichtbereitschaft

2-Schichtbetrieb: MO - FR von 06:00 - 14:00 Uhr bzw. 14:00 - 22:00 Uhr.

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 3.000,00 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
