Als zij-instromer kom je via Staytec Professionals te werken bij onze klant, een toonaangevende opdrachtgever in de industrie in de regio Rotterdam Botlek. Je combineert werken en leren: je gaat direct betaald aan het werk, en volgt tegelijk een erkende opleiding elektrotechniek bij ROVC. Na circa twee jaar rond je het traject af met een erkend diploma en diverse certificaten. Het traject Je start direct in dienst bij Staytec Professionals en gaat aan het werk bij onze opdrachtgever, onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Parallel volg je de externe opleiding elektrotechniek bij ROVC. Het volledige traject duurt ongeveer twee jaar en is niet gebonden aan een vaste startdatum: instroom is doorlopend mogelijk. Werkgever beschrijving Bij Staytec Professionals B.V., hét technisch uitzendbureau met aandacht voor vakmanschap, zoeken we ervaren én beginnende elektromonteurs die willen werken aan duurzame, uitdagende en langdurige projecten. Vereisten ● Technische affiniteit of hobby, geen diploma vereist ● Motivatie om gedurende twee jaar te werken én te leren ● Rijbewijs B is een pré ● Bereidheid om, indien nodig, tijdelijk op locatie te verblijven bij projecten verder weg (met vaste vergoeding) Wat wij bieden ● Een volledig salaris vanaf de eerste werkdag, tussen €2.750 en €3.500 bruto per maand ● Een erkende, betaalde opleiding elektrotechniek bij ROVC - de opleidingskosten worden vergoed ● Persoonlijke begeleiding op de werkvloer bij Actemium, gedurende het gehele traject ● Concreet uitzicht op een vaste baan bij Actemium ● Een erkend diploma elektrotechniek plus aanvullende certificaten, waaronder VCA ● Werk in de industrie, in de regio Rotterdam Botlek.
