Wat ga jij doen?

Als zoneverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en correct verloop van de werkzaamheden binnen jouw toegewezen zone in het slachthuis. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking en stuurt medewerkers aan met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en dierenwelzijn.

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de activiteiten binnen jouw zone
  • Je stuurt medewerkers aan, motiveert hen en ziet toe op een correcte taakuitvoering
  • Je waakt over de naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en welzijnsvoorschriften
  • Je volgt productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen of problemen en onderneemt gepaste acties
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere zoneverantwoordelijken en de productieleiding
  • Je draagt bij aan continue verbetering van processen en werkmethodes

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een (industrieel) slachthuis
  • Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en kan snel beslissingen nemen
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en dierenwelzijn
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed omgaan met een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en kan mensen motiveren
  • Talen: Engels en Frans, Nederlands is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt 4 dagen per week in de vroege ploeg. Flexibiliteit in uren is belangrijk
