Als zorgassistent ondersteun je in de eerste plaats kleuters en leerlingen met een individueel aangepast curriculum. De focus ligt op het bieden van basiszorg- en veiligheid, structuur en specifieke ondersteuning, zodat deze leerlingen zich veilig en gezien voelen binnen de school- en klascontext. Je richt je op het individueel functioneren van leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften. Door deze gerichte ondersteuning draag je bij aan het algemeen welbevinden en het leerproces van de hele klas.

Je wordt binnen onze school ingezet waar hoge zorgnoden zijn. Je maakt deel uit van het schoolteam zodat je samen met leerkrachten en zorgteam een veilige, gestructureerde en stimulerende leeromgeving kan creëren.

Een greep uit jouw taken:

  • Helpen bij toiletbezoek, eten, aankleden
  • Bijbrengen en aanleren van een aantal vaardigheden die de zelfredzaamheid van de kinderen verhogen
  • Structuur bieden tijdens overgangen en pauzes
  • Ondersteunen van leerlingen met een specifieke ondersteuningsbehoefte bij emoties en ervaringen
  • Observeren en rapporteren van gedrag of noden
  • Ondersteunen bij oudercontacten en schoolactiviteiten
  • Afstemmen en overleggen met de leerkracht, de zorgcoördinator, het zorgteam, CLB en leersteuncentrum om een passend aanbod te creëren voor de kleuters en leerlingen
  • Klaarzetten van materiaal en meehelpen bij de klasorganisatie
  • ...
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor kinderen en wil hen ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling
  • Je bent zorgzaam, betrouwbaar en discreet
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar je bent ook een teamspeler
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met onvoorspelbare situaties in de klas
  • Je bent bereid je in te werken en bij te leren
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en je kan helder communiceren
  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs is een vereiste
  • Je bent een fan van het GO! en onderschrijft de waarden en het pedagogisch project van het GO!
