The posting

GO! basisschool Ter Elzen is op zoek naar een enthousiaste zorgcoördinator.

Het gaat om een deeltijdse vervangingsopdracht van 14 uur (12/36 als zoco en 2/24 als onderwijzer). Er is een mogelijkheid om dit aan te vullen tot een fulltime opdracht op het secretariaat.

Opstart: na de herfstvakantie

Vermoedelijke vervanging tot 1 maart 2027.

Dit is de ideale kans om onze school te leren kennen, ervaring op te doen én jouwvisitekaartje af te leveren voor latere opdrachten!

Functie

Je hebt een passie voor het begeleiden van mensen!

Als zorgleerkracht in het basisonderwijs heb je een ondersteunende, begeleidende en coördinerende rol op school om het zorgbeleid nauwgezet vorm te geven en uit te voeren. Je stemt af op de mogelijkheden en de behoefte van elke betrokkene. Je bent de spilfiguur tussen leerkrachten, ouders, CLB, directie en andere onderwijsinstanties én werkt steeds intensief met hen samen om zo tot de beste oplossing te komen. Om kwaliteitsvolle ondersteuning te kunnen bieden, heb je bijgevolg, als zorgleerkracht,een sterk observatievermogen en heel wat sociale vaardigheden nodig. Deze rol focus zich op drie pijlers: het schoolniveau (zorgbeleid, kwaliteitszorg en schoolontwikkeling), het leerkrachtniveau (coachen en begeleiden) en leerlingniveau (aanspreekpunt ouders en begeleiding leerling).

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team binnen een sterke GO! school. Je ontvangt de nodige steun van collega's binnen en buiten de vakgroep, door een geëngageerde leerkrachtencoach en/of door de directie.

  • Je beschikt ten minste over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je bent een echte planner en hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kan op verbindende wijze communiceren.
  • Je hebt een hart voor leerlingen en stelt hun leerproces op welk niveau dan ook centraal.
  • Je bouwt bruggen tussen mensen.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en durft zelf ook feedback te geven.
  • Je hebt inzicht in de ontwikkelingsdoelen, de mogelijkheid en de werking van het basisonderwijs.
  • Je hebt een open geest én een hart voor het GO!.
