The posting

VZW Groep Sint-Franciscus is actief in de regio Zuid Oost Vlaanderen met vijf voorzieningen in drie gemeenten (Sint Franciscustehuis Brakel, OLV Ter Veldbloemen en De Zilverlinde Oosterzele, Sint Jozef en Sint Anna Haaltert). Samen bieden we zorg en geborgenheid aan ca. 600 ouderen. Hiervoor kunnen we rekenen op de inzet van 500 gedreven medewerkers en 130 enthousiaste vrijwilligers die de kernwaarden Mensgerichtheid, Eenvoud en Integriteit hoog in het vaandel dragen. Samen onderweg is de missie voor iedereen die woont en werkt bij Groep Sint Franciscus. Momenteel hebben wij een openstaande vacature voor WZC SINT-ANNA. STATIONSSTRAAT 165, 9450 HAALTERT:

Wat ga jij doen?

Als zorgkundige ben jij de spilfiguur in het dagelijkse welzijn van onze bewoners. Je zorgt voor:

· Een warme en persoonlijke benadering bij dagelijkse zorgtaken.

· Een luisterend oor en een helpende hand, elke dag opnieuw.

· Een omgeving waarin onze bewoners/cliënten zich veilig, gewaardeerd en thuis voelen.

· Stimulatie van zelfredzaamheid en activatie, zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf kan halen.

· Een nauwe samenwerking met verpleegkundigen, paramedici en andere collega's om de best mogelijke zorg te garanderen.

· Het creëren van onvergetelijke momenten en een positieve sfeer!

· Jij bent gediplomeerd zorgkundige en klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging.

· Je bent empathisch, geduldig en hebt een oprechte passie voor de zorg.

· Je bent een teamspeler pur sang, maar kunt ook zelfstandig en proactief werken.

· Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen zijn jouw tweede natuur.

· Je communiceert vlot en bent een echte gangmaker.

· Een positieve instelling en een gezonde dosis humor!
