The posting

Lokaal bestuur Tervuren gaat over tot de aanwerving van een zorgkundige voor het woonzorgcentrum Zoniën. Voltijdse of deeltijdse tewerkstelling is mogelijk.

Als zorgkundige sta je in voor de dagelijkse zorg van onze bewoners. Samen met een enthousiast team van collega's – logistiek assistenten, zorgkundigen en verpleegkundigen - creëer je dag in dag uit een zo comfortabel en aangenaam mogelijk verblijf voor al onze bewoners.

Naast een hart voor ouderen en een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en passie voor de ouderenzorg, beschik je ook over de nodige diploma's en attesten om te mogen werken als zorgkundige.

Concreet beschik je over een attest, een brevet, een getuigschrift, een (deel)certificaat of een diploma van het: 2de of het 3de jaar van de derde graad van het technisch secundair onderwijs of het beroeps-secundair onderwijs in een zorgrichting of een pedagogische richting, behaald: - via dagonderwijs; - via sociale promotie of volwassenenonderwijs; - via deeltijds onderwijs.

Je beschikt bovendien over een geldig visum als zorgkundige. Aanwerving is afhankelijk van het bekomen van registratie en visum als zorgkundige vóór indiensttreding.

Daarnaast zijn we op zoek naar iemand die zich herkent in volgende competenties (of over de nodige groeimarge beschikt om zich hierin verder te ontwikkelen):

  • Je bent een teamplayer;
  • Je bent betrokken en handelt kwalitatief;
  • Je kan zowel op formele als informele manier kennis overbrengen naar anderen. Dat kunnen zowel collega’s als hulpvragers zijn;
  • Je bent klantgericht;
  • Je slaagt erin om objectieven te stellen en je hieraan te houden;
  • Je kan op basis van gegeven informatie een objectief oordeel vormen over een situatie of persoon;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, ook in het Nederlands.
