Locatie: Regio Beringen

Uren: Flexibel (ad hoc - jij kiest wanneer je werkt!)

Houd je van de dynamiek van een ziekenhuis, maar bloei je ook helemaal op tussen de bewoners van een woonzorgcentrum? Wil jij de touwtjes van jouw eigen agenda stevig in handen hebben? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Bij Randstad geloven we dat werk perfect moet passen bij jouw leven, en niet andersom. Daarom zoeken we enthousiaste Zorgkundigen die op ad hoc basis willen bijspringen waar de nood het hoogst is.

Wat ga je doen¿

Als ad hoc zorgkundige ben jij de reddende engel in nood. Vandaag help je een team in het ziekenhuis uit de brand, volgende week breng je extra warmte en structuur op een afdeling in een rusthuis.

  • Persoonlijke zorg: Je wast, kleedt en verzorgt patiënten en bewoners met de grootste zorg en een flinke dosis empathie.
  • Medische ondersteuning: Je voert zorgkundige handelingen uit (meten van vitale functies, hulp bij medicatie) binnen jouw wettelijk zorgprofiel.
  • Sfeerbeheer: Je luistert naar de verhalen van de bewoners en zorgt voor een glimlach, ook op drukke dagen.
  • Teamwork: Je stapt moeiteloos binnen in een nieuw team, pikt de instructies snel op en draagt meteen je steentje bij.

Wie ben jij¿

Flexibiliteit is jouw middle name. Je vindt het leuk om in verschillende keukens te kijken en past je snel aan.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een visum/registratie als zorgkundige.
  • Ervaring is een plus, maar jouw positieve instelling en passie voor de zorg zijn nóg belangrijker.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent op zoek naar ad hoc opdrachten: of je nu 1 dag per week, alleen in het weekend, of juist fulltime wil vliegen¿jij beslist!
