Als zorgkundige Avonddienst bij Zonneweelde werk je in een huis waar bewoners en collega’s elkaar bij naam kennen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, duidelijke roosters en een team dat voor elkaar klaarstaat. Je combineert professionele zorg met nabijheid en helpt mee om een warme en veilige leefomgeving te creëren.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • je voert gedelegeerde verzorgende en verpleegkundige taken uit;
  • je volgt parameters op volgens de richtlijnen van verpleegkundigen;
  • je observeert fysieke en psychische veranderingen en bespreekt deze in het team;
  • je staat in voor dagelijkse hygiëne, baden en douches;
  • je biedt comfortzorg en preventieve zorg;
  • je ondersteunt bewoners bij maaltijden en activiteiten van het dagelijks leven;
  • je helpt bij orale medicatie;
  • je voert lichte administratieve en huishoudelijke taken uit;
  • je verdeelt maaltijden en dranken volgens het zorgplan;
  • je zorgt voor orde, netheid en verzorgingsmateriaal.

Als zorgkundige draag je bij aan hygiëne, comfortzorg, preventieve zorg en ADL-ondersteuning. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor een warme en veilige leefomgeving met duidelijke roosters en gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten zorgvuldigheid, empathie en teamgerichtheid centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je veel observeert, rapporteert en samen de zorg op maat organiseert.

Verder vragen wij

  • diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • ervaring: niet vereist;
  • sterk in observeren/rapporteren en werken volgens zorgplan;
  • goede kennis Nederlands + flexibel en stressbestendig.
