In ons gezellige en warm woonzorgcentrum ben jij als zorgkundige een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijks welzijn van onze bewoners. Samen met een toegewijd team bied je liefdevolle zorg en creëer je een huiselijke sfeer waarin bewoners zich echt thuis voelen.   • Je biedt persoonlijke, warme zorg op maat aan onze bewoners, waarbij hun wensen en behoeften centraal staan.
  • Je ondersteunt in het dagelijks leven van bewoners, zoals bij persoonlijke verzorging en het bieden van een luisterend oor.
  • Samen met collega’s zorg je voor een veilige en geborgen omgeving, waarbij je altijd openstaat voor ideeën en initiatieven.
  • Met jouw enthousiasme en zorgzaamheid draag je bij aan de fijne sfeer waarin bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen.

  • Empatisch en assertief kunnen omgaan met valide, invalide en demente bejaarden en hun familie
  • Kunnen werken in teamverband, en constructief kunnen bijdragen aan de teamgeest
  • Zelfstandig taken kunnen afwerken en beslissingen kunnen nemen
  • Praktische vaardigheden met betrekking tot linnenbehandeling, ontsmettingsmiddelen, incontinentiemateriaal en andere hulpmiddelen voor bejaarden en mindervaliden
  • Rapporteringvaardigheden.
