Werk jij als zorgkundige in België en ben je toe aan meer ruimte, meer inspraak en werk dat echt verschil maakt? Net over de grens ligt bij Plataan in Heerlen een nieuwe stap voor je klaar. Plataan is een moderne locatie voor geriatrische revalidatie en kortdurende zorg. Onze cliënten komen bijvoorbeeld na een operatie, ziekenhuisopname of ziekte om te herstellen, sterker te worden en weer zoveel mogelijk zelf te kunnen doen.

Niet iedereen volgt dezelfde route. De een gaat daarna naar huis, de ander naar een andere zorglocatie of heeft extra ondersteuning nodig op lichamelijk, cognitief of psychisch gebied.

Wat de volgende stap ook is: bij Plataan help jij iemand om daar zo zelfstandig mogelijk naartoe te groeien.

Jouw rol in het herstel

Als Zorgkundige ben je dichtbij. Je herkent de client, ziet wat er verandert en weet wanneer je moet stimuleren, ondersteunen of juist ruimte moet geven. Je:

  • Ondersteunt bij de persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten en zorgt voor een veilige, warme omgeving
  • Stimuleert cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen en begeleidt hen bij hun herstel en revalidatie
  • Hebt oog voor welzijn, zelfvertrouwen en kwaliteit van leven en ziet wanneer iemand extra ondersteuning nodig heeft
  • Signaleert veranderingen, bespreekt deze met collega’s en werkt nauw samen met verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen en andere disciplines.
