Ben jij een gedreven zorgkundige en zoek je een flexibele manier om jouw expertise in te zetten? Voor een warm en modern woonzorgcentrum in regio Roeselare zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste zorgkundigen die op regelmatige basis willen bijklussen of bijwerken.

Binnen dit woonzorgcentrum staat een persoonsgerichte aanpak centraal. Samen met een hecht team van verpleegkundigen en collega-zorgkundigen zorg jij ervoor dat de bewoners een comfortabele en kwalitatieve dag beleven. Omdat het hier gaat om een flexibele invulling, kun je jouw ritten of shiften vlot afstemmen op jouw eigen agenda. Ideaal als extra zakcentje, om voeling te houden met de sector, of om simpelweg te doen wat je het liefste doet op de momenten dat het jou uitkomt!

  • Je bent in het bezit van een wettelijk erkend visum van zorgkundige (FOD Volksgezondheid).
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderenorganisaties en ouderenzorg.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kunt vlot zelfstandig werken binnen een team.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands om een vlotte communicatie met de bewoners te garanderen.
  • Ervaring is een troef, maar ook net afgestudeerde zorgkundigen of studenten met een visum zijn van harte welkom.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse, kwalitatieve basiszorg van de bewoners (wassen, kleden, comfort bieden).
  • Je voert de gedelegeerde verpleegkundige handelingen correct en nauwkeurig uit, conform jouw visum.
  • Je observeert de fysieke en mentale gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners en rapporteert eventuele veranderingen aan de hoofdverpleegkundige of arts.
  • Je helpt bij de maaltijdbegeleiding en zorgt voor een aangename, huiselijke sfeer op de afdeling.
  • Je biedt een luisterend oor aan de bewoners en hun familie.
