Wat jij in onze organisatie gaat betekenen

Je werkt als zorgkundige binnen het PVT Nieuwemeers, waar 60 cliënten verblijven met een langdurige psychische kwetsbaarheid. Je combineert zorg met psychosociale ondersteuning en werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen een multidisciplinair team.

Hoe jouw dagen eruitzien

Je werkt in een omgeving waar rust, structuur en professionele nabijheid centraal staan. Je werkt in een wisselend ploegensysteem met vroeg-, laat- en weekenddiensten.

  • voert zorgkundige taken uit binnen jouw deskundigheidsgebied
  • begeleidt en ondersteunt de cliënt op verschillende levensdomeinen zoals wonen, vrije tijd, gezondheid,…
  • observeert het psychisch en lichamelijk welzijn van cliënten
  • rapporteert zorgvuldig, zorgt voor een goede overdracht en ondersteunt de continuïteit van zorg binnen het team
  • neemt administratieve taken op waar nodig
  • werkt nauw samen binnen een multidisciplinair team

Wie je bent

Je bent iemand die kalmte brengt en professioneel blijft handelen, ook wanneer situaties onverwacht veranderen.

  • Je beschikt over een visum van zorgkundige
  • Ervaring met of affiniteit voor langdurige psychische kwetsbaarheid is een meerwaarde
  • Je hebt aandacht voor de leefwereld van bewoners en hun netwerk
  • Je werkt vanuit een herstelondersteunende visie, met aandacht voor cliëntparticipatie en empowerment
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig en stressbestendig
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken. Je neemt initiatief en draagt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je observeert scherp en rapporteert zorgvuldig
  • Je beschikt over goede administratieve vaardigheden
