Als zorgkundige bij WZC Dellebron bied je dagelijkse zorg met oprechte aandacht. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met bewoners en maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat elkaar ondersteunt. Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en draagt bij aan kwalitatieve, warme zorg.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • je voert gedelegeerde verzorgende en verpleegkundige handelingen uit;
  • je volgt parameters op volgens de richtlijnen van de verpleegkundigen;
  • je observeert fysieke en psychische veranderingen en bespreekt deze met het team;
  • je staat in voor dagelijkse lichaamsverzorging en hygiëne;
  • je ondersteunt bewoners bij activiteiten van het dagelijks leven;
  • je helpt bij de inname van orale medicatie;
  • je waakt over comfort, orde en netheid van kamers; • Je ondersteunt bij maaltijden en administratieve taken.

Als zorgkundige draag je bij aan dagelijkse verzorging, comfortzorg en observatie van bewoners. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor warme, persoonsgerichte zorg in een veilige omgeving. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten empathie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en samenwerking centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je dichtbij bewoners staat, veranderingen signaleert en vlot afstemt met verpleegkundigen.

Verder vragen wij:

  • diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • ervaring: niet vereist (wel een troef);
  • verzorgende handelingen + observeren en rapporteren volgens afspraken;
  • goede kennis Nederlands;
  • flexibel en stressbestendig.
