The posting

Woonzorgcentrum Wedbos zoekt zorgkundige residentiële ouderenzorg om vooruit te plannen met oog op toekomstige pensioneringen en afwezigheden binnen het Woonzorgcentrum Wedbos. We zullen een werfreserve opstellen die we inzetten voor deeltijdse contracten van bepaalde duur en voor langdurige vervangingen met een prestatiebreuk tussen 19/38 en 30,4/38. Op termijn kan dit over gaan op contracten onbepaalde duur.

Woonzorgcentrum Wedbos streeft ernaar een thuis te bieden aan alle zorgbehoevenden vanaf 65 jaar. De bewoners krijgen zorg op maat binnen vier afdelingen. Als verzorgende sta je in voor de dagelijkse zorg en hygiëne van de bewoners. Je voert hiervoor verzorgende handelingen uit om voor de bewoners een aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf te creëren. Je werkt mee aan een zinvolle dagbesteding en streeft naar een maximale levenskwaliteit voor de bewoners. Je observeert en signaleert moeilijkheden of beperkingen bij de bewoner. Je hebt respect voor hun eigenheid en privacy en bevordert hun zelfredzaamheid. Om de beste zorg te kunnen bieden, werk je nauw samen met collega’s in een multidisciplinair team.

  • Je hebt: een diploma hoger, technisch of beroeps secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig in ofwel de richting kinderzorg of begeleider in de kinderopvang in ofwel de richting internaatswerking of leefgroepenwerking in ofwel de richting jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg, gezondheids- en welzijnswetenschappen in ofwel de richting verzorging in ofwel de richting thuis- en bejaardenzorg, zorgkundige een diploma hoger algemeen, technisch of beroeps secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig en ofwel een certificaat van polyvalent verzorgende of van zorgkundige georganiseerd door een erkende opleidingsorganisatie en ofwel een attest dat bevestigt dat het eerste studiejaar van de volgende bachelor-opleidingen met vrucht zijn voltooid: verpleegkunde, vroedvrouw of gelijkwaardig en ofwel een attest dat bevestigt dat het tweede studiejaar van de volgende bachelor-opleidingen met vrucht zijn voltooid: orthopedagogie, ergotherapie, arbeidstherapie, kinesitherapie of gelijkwaardig
  • Je hebt een visum om te werken als zorgkundige. Zorgkundigen dienen zich te laten registeren bij Zorg en Gezondheid. Dat visum is verplicht om te mogen werken als zorgkundige.
  • Je voldoet aan de competentievereisten die vastgesteld zijn in de functiebeschrijving.
  • Je slaagt voor de selectieprocedure die bestaat uit een interview.
