Als zorgkundige bij Huyse Elckerlyc ben je een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor onze bewoners. Je biedt dagelijkse zorg met aandacht voor ieders eigen verhaal en draagt bij aan een warme, huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners zich veilig en thuis voelen. Samen met verpleegkundigen en collega's zet je je elke dag in voor kwaliteitsvolle, persoonsgerichte zorg.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende handelingen;
  • instaan voor de dagelijkse verzorging en persoonlijke hygiëne van de bewoners;
  • comfortzorg bieden en actief bijdragen aan het welzijn en de levenskwaliteit van de bewoners;
  • veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand observeren en correct rapporteren aan het team;
  • bewoners ondersteunen bij maaltijden, medicatie en dagelijkse activiteiten;
  • samenwerken met collega's om een nette, veilige en aangename leefomgeving te creëren;
  • een warme vertrouwensband opbouwen met bewoners en hun familie, zodat zij zich gehoord, gerespecteerd en thuis voelen.

Bij Huyse Elckerlyc zoeken we een zorgkundige met een warm hart voor ouderen. Iemand die graag samenwerkt, oog heeft voor de kleine dingen en energie haalt uit het bieden van persoonlijke zorg. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en draagt actief bij aan een warme, huiselijke omgeving waar bewoners zich goed voelen.

Jouw profiel:

  • in het bezit van een diploma en visum als zorgkundige;
  • ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Ook als starter ben je van harte welkom;
  • correct uitvoeren van gedelegeerde handelingen en veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners observeren en rapporteren:
  • een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands;
  • flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid, ook wanneer het wat drukker wordt;
  • betrokkenheid, respect en een echte teamspirit typeren jouw manier van werken.
