Samen met je collega’s en de bewoners doe jij er alles aan om een warme en aangename leefomgeving te creëren. Heeft een bewoner hulp nodig? Dan ben jij er als eerste bij. Je weet dat je job flexibiliteit vereist: iedere bewoner heeft andere behoeften en dit op elk uur van de dag. Daarop speel jij moeiteloos in. En om de beste zorg te blijven bieden, leer je graag bij.

Als zorgkundige neem je je verantwoordelijkheden op tegenover bewoners. Meer bepaald: samen met betrokken deskundigen, volgens de missie en visie van HOGEVIJF, op een bewonersgerichte manier zorg dragen voor het uitvoeren van vraaggestuurde, individueel aangepaste zorg. En dit in een professionele, warme en huiselijke sfeer.

  • Je hebt een getuigschrift of diploma zorgkundige (plus)
  • Je hebt ook een visum van zorgkundige.
