The posting

Als zorgkundige bij Aurora sta je in voor het dagelijks welzijn, de zorg en het comfort van onze residenten in het woonzorgcentrum. Je ondersteunt ouderen bij de activiteiten van het dagelijks leven en voert gedelegeerde verzorgende en verpleegkundige taken uit, in nauwe samenwerking met de verpleegkundigen.

Met jouw warme, mensgerichte aanpak maak je elke dag een positieve impact op de levenskwaliteit van onze bewoners. Je handelt vanuit respect, betrokkenheid en samenwerking en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met de residenten.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • het uitvoeren van gedelegeerde verzorgende taken;
  • het opvolgen van parameters volgens de geldende richtlijnen en het rapporteren aan verpleegkundigen;
  • het observeren van fysieke en psychische reacties en het bespreken hiervan met het team;
  • instaan voor de dagelijkse lichaamsverzorging en hygiëne;
  • het bieden van comfortzorg en preventieve zorg;
  • het ondersteunen van bewoners bij activiteiten van het dagelijks leven;
  • assistentie bij orale medicatietoediening;
  • het uitvoeren van lichte administratieve en huishoudelijke taken;
  • ondersteuning bij maaltijden en dranken volgens het zorgplan;
  • waken over orde en netheid en het verzorgingsmateriaal op punt houden.

Als zorgkundige bij Aurora draag je bij aan verzorging, comfortzorg, preventieve zorg en observatie. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor warme, kwaliteitsvolle zorg dichtbij bewoners. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten aandacht, nauwkeurigheid en communicatie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je parameters opvolgt, signalen bespreekt in het team en werkt volgens duidelijke richtlijnen.

Verder vragen wij:

  • diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • ervaring: niet vereist;
  • basis in parameters opvolgen, observaties melden, medicatie ondersteunen (binnen kader);
  • goede kennis Nederlands + flexibel en stressbestendig.
