Als voorman ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het project volgens planning verloopt, dat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd is en dat jouw team weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder en houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Jouw ervaring en technische kennis zorgen ervoor dat problemen snel worden opgelost en dat het werk gewoon doorgaat. Je bent iemand die vooruit denkt, meedenkt over oplossingen en ervoor zorgt dat iedereen veilig en efficiënt kan werken. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Aansturen en coördineren van het bouwteam op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Dagelijks afstemmen met de uitvoerder en andere disciplines; - Technische werkzaamheden uitvoeren en waar nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken; - Zorgen voor een goede werksfeer en motivatie binnen het team; - Controleren van materialen en gereedschap en tijdig signaleren van tekorten; - Bijdragen aan optimalisaties in het bouwproces en meedenken over praktische oplossingen.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn zeker aanwezig. Als je jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen, zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als uitvoerder of projectleider. Het bedrijf investeert graag in mensen die ambitie tonen en zich willen blijven ontwikkelen. Denk aan cursussen, trainingen of het volgen van een opleiding op HBO-niveau.
