Als Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice (m/w/d) begleiten Sie unsere Patienten organisatorisch vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Behandlungstermin und sorgen für ein professionelles und positives Patientenerlebnis.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie…

  • betreuen unserer Patientinnen und Patienten telefonisch und schriftlich
  • koordinieren und vereinbaren Beratungs-, Voruntersuchungs- und Operationstermine
  • verfolgen offene Termine und Terminverschiebungen
  • bearbeiten eingehende Anfragen und unterstützen bei organisatorischen Fragen
  • pflegen und dokumentieren die Patientendaten in unseren Systemen
  • arbeiten eng zusammen mit unseren Ärzten, Vertriebsberatern und medizinischen Fachkräften
  • garantieren eine hohe Servicequalität entlang der gesamten Patient Journey

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, dienstleistungsorientierte oder medizinische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Patientenservice, Empfang oder einer vergleichbaren Dienstleistungsfunktion
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
