Mit mehr als 1.000.000 Augenlaser- und Sehfehlerkorrekturen seit 1993 ist EuroEyes eine der wenigen Klinikgruppen mit Langzeiterfahrung.

Für unseren Standort in Hamburg suchen wir eine vertriebsstarke und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit für eine Schlüsselrolle in einem strategisch relevanten Wachstumsprojekt. Im Fokus steht die systematische Reaktivierung von über 300.000 ehemaligen Patienten (LASIK, SMILE, ICL), die sich heute im Presbyopie-Alter (45+) befinden – mit dem Ziel, ihnen moderne Behandlungslösungen zur Alterssichtkorrektur zu empfehlen und aktiv zu verkaufen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Vertrieb & Patientenreaktivierung

  • Aktive, personalisierte Direktansprache ehemaliger Patienten (telefonisch, per E-Mail, CRM-gestützt) mit dem Ziel der Terminvereinbarung und Produktempfehlung
  • Aufbau und Steuerung eines skalierbaren Outreach-Prozesses zur Reaktivierung von Post-LASIK-/ICL-Patienten mit aufkommender Presbyopie
  • Datenbasierte Identifikation und Segmentierung relevanter Zielgruppen aus der bestehenden Patientendatenbank (45+)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung überzeugender Kommunikations- und Verkaufsstrategien entlang der Customer Journey
  • Planung und Koordination kanalübergreifender Maßnahmen: CRM-Kampagnen, Social Media, Direktansprache, Landing Pages
  • Sicherstellung hochwertiger, zielgruppengerechter Kommunikation im gesamten Patientenkontakt
  • Monitoring vertriebsrelevanter KPIs (Kontaktrate, Terminquote, Conversion) sowie kontinuierliche Performance-Optimierung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Service Center, IT und operativen Einheiten zur reibungslosen Prozessintegration
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im direkten Vertrieb, Account Management oder in der Patientenkommunikation – idealerweise im Gesundheits- oder Medizinbereich
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Direktansprache und Conversion von Kunden oder Patienten
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, datengetriebenen Kampagnen und digitalem Marketing
  • Erfahrung mit LinkedIn Recruiter oder vergleichbaren Sourcing-Tools wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Ergebnisorientierung und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
