Vertriebsberater für Augenlaser und Linsenbehandlungen (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben: Sie…

  • führen persönliche Beratungs- und Verkaufsgespräche mit Interessenten für Augenlaser- und Linsenbehandlungen
  • erkennen individuelle Bedürfnisse und entwickeln passende Behandlungslösungen
  • begleiten Interessenten vom Erstgespräch bis zur Anmeldung für Voruntersuchung und Behandlung
  • erstellen Angebote und erläutern die Finanzierungsoptionen
  • verfolgen offene Anfragen aktiv nach und führen Interessenten zur Entscheidung
  • arbeiten eng mit unseren medizinischen Experten
  • dokumentieren und steuern Ihren Vertriebsprozess über unsere Systeme

Ihr Profil:

  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Erfahrung im beratungsintensiven Vertrieb oder Verkauf erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte und Dienstleistungen •
  • Freude daran, Menschen zu überzeugen und erfolgreiche Abschlüsse zu erzielen •
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Freude am Erreichen ambitionierter Ziele
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
