Description du poste

En tant qu'Assistant·e Commercial·e, vous assurez l’interface technique et le support commercial entre le laboratoire et les clients.

A ce titre, vos principales missions :

  • Répondre aux objections et aux questions de nos clients sur les sujets commerciaux ;
  • Réaliser les devis techniques en support de nos commerciaux ;
  • Assurer la prescription et la gestion des appels entrants ;
  • Contribuer indirectement au développement des ventes via la satisfaction clients ;
  • Participer au traitement des réclamations clients.

Qualifications

De formation initiale en commerce et/ou chimie de type BTS/ DUT / BUT / Licence, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans la relation clients.

Autonome, vous êtes un·e excellent·e communicant·e et savez prioriser pour aller à l’essentiel.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique et notamment le pack office.
