Deine Rolle

Im Bereich Claims suchen wir eine_n Claims Handler, um unser Team zu verstärken. In dieser Funktion bist du für die selbstständige, sorgfältige und kundenorientierte Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen verantwortlich. Dazu gehören insbesondere Schäden im Zusammenhang mit Reiseversicherungen (Annullierung, Reiseabbruch, Gepäck), Shopping-Versicherungen sowie Ski-Versicherungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den verschiedenen internen und externen Beteiligten zusammen und sorgst für eine professionelle und effiziente Fallbearbeitung.

  • Du nimmst Schadenmeldungen entgegen und eröffnest die entsprechenden Schadenfälle.
  • Du bearbeitest unterschiedliche Schadenfälle selbstständig und kundenorientiert, insbesondere in den Bereichen Reiseversicherung, Shopping-Versicherung und Ski-Versicherung.
  • Du analysierst Sachverhalte, triffst Entscheidungen und regulierst Leistungen gemäß den vertraglichen und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
  • Du führst die Korrespondenz und koordinierst den Austausch mit allen am Schadenfall beteiligten Parteien, insbesondere mit Versicherten, dem medizinischen Dienst, anderen Versicherungen und Rechtsvertretungen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Reiseschäden, insbesondere im Bereich Reiseannullationen (mindestens 2 Jahre)
  • Verhandlungssichere Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2); Italienisch und Schweizerdeutsch sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt, Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Flexibilität, analytisches Denkvermögen und Belastbarkeit auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Anwendungen, insbesondere dem Microsoft Office Paket

Dein Gehalt

Wir bieten dir ein attraktives Jahresgehalt ab CHF 78'000 (Vollzeitbasis). Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach deiner Erfahrung, deinen Qualifikationen und deinen fachlichen Kompetenzen.
