Unser erfolgreiches Unternehmen befindet sich mitten in einem großen Transformationsprozess einerseits in der Systemlandschaft und anderseits werden Synergien im Konzern geschlossen. Im Bereich Controlling heben wir den Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsgrad deutlich an und erweitern die Verantwortungsbereiche um regionsweite Analysen (DE, CH, BE).

Aktuell suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior-Controller mit starker hands-on Mentalität, hoher Affinität hins. modernster Tools, fundierte SAP-Datenkenntnisse und der Fähigkeit Digitalisierungsprozesse einzuleiten, zu optimieren und den Reifegrad zu erhöhen.

  • Ausbau, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung eines modernen, datengetriebenen Reportings sowie der Analyse und Forecast-Prozesse zur transparenten Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Erstellung von Budgets quartalsweisen Präsentationen für das Management; gemeinsam mit dem Team setzt du Optimierungspotenziale und Steigerungsmöglichkeiten des Automatisierungsgrads erfolgreich ein.
  • Aufbereitung komplexer Daten zu klaren, aussagekräftigen Visualisierungen für strategische Entscheidungen, Erstellung wirkungsvoller Präsentationen
  • In deiner Rolle als Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit Finance und der Controlling-Zentrale in Brüssel und Paris.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Data Analyst oder Senior-Controller mit modernen technischen Ansätzen im internationalen Konzernumfeld.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Berufspraxis mit hoher technischer Affinität.
  • Du bist in SAP FI super-fit und sicherst die Datenqualität mittels effizienten sowie Ansätzen mit modernen Tools.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen.
  • Als MS Excel-Superuser bist du allseits bekannt; andere Anwendungen wie Python, R , Power BI, Power Query, SQL oder ähnliches sind ein klarer Vorteil.
  • Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft, sich in die Versicherungstechnik einzuarbeiten.
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist.

Dein Gehalt

Mindestens 68.000 Euro brutto pro Jahr bei 40 Wochenstunden. Ebenso wie Du geben wir uns mit Mindeststandards nicht zufrieden - Dein tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir abhängig von Deiner Erfahrung.
