Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die die Hotelbranche kennt und ein gutes Gespür für regionale Partner_innen hat. Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Betreuung von Hotels und Tourismusorganisationen in der Region Salzburg und Oberösterreich
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Produktschulungen, Präsentationen und Veranstaltungen für unsere Vertriebspartner_innen und Kund_innen online und vor Ort
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei Produktanpassungen für die Zielgruppe
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozess- und Leistungsverbesserungen
  • Akquise neuer Vertriebspartner_innen in der Region und Durchführung von laufenden Marktbeobachtungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tourismus
  • Ausgeprägte Kund_innen- und Serviceorientierung
  • Erfahrung und Begeisterung für den Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region sowie Bereitschaft für Abendtermine
  • Führerschein B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Dein Gehalt

Mindestens 55.000 Euro brutto pro Jahr bei 38,5 Wochenstunden. Ebenso wie du geben wir uns mit Mindeststandards nicht zufrieden - Dein tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir abhängig von deiner Ausbildung und deiner Erfahrung.
