Für unser Claims-Team suchen wir eine/n Koordinator Claims (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion arbeitest Du eng mit der Teamleitung zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der operativen Koordination, fachlichen Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams. Die Funktion beinhaltet keine disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du koordinierst das operative Tagesgeschäft und behältst Arbeitsvolumen, Service Levels und Prioritäten im Blick.
  • Du unterstützt das Team als zentrale fachliche Ansprechperson bei komplexen Leistungs- und Schadenfällen.
  • Du stellst eine einheitliche und qualitativ hochwertige Bearbeitung sowie die Einhaltung relevanter Vorgaben sicher.
  • Du erkennst Engpässe, Qualitätsrisiken und Verbesserungspotenziale und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
  • Du begleitest Mitarbeitende durch fachliches Feedback, Coaching und Wissenstransfer und unterstützt ihre Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Teamleitung und Trainerfunktion zusammen und unterstützt bei Kapazitätsplanung, Onboarding und Veränderungen.
  • Du wirkst bei Qualitäts-, Audit-, Compliance- und Prozessverbesserungsmaßnahmen mit.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Claims beziehungsweise in der Leistungs- oder Schadenbearbeitung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Versicherungsbedingungen, Prozesse und Systeme
  • Hohe fachliche Entscheidungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Gutes Verständnis für Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Freude an der fachlichen Begleitung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv zu begleiten und voranzutreiben

Dein Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von EUR 54.000,- gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für den Versicherungsinnendienst. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation, Deiner Erfahrung und den Anforderungen der Funktion.
