Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Abwicklung von weltweiten Handelsgeschäften
  • Auftragsbearbeitung inklusive der Erstellung von Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen, Verzollungsdokumenten, Lieferpapieren und Rechnungen
  • Du bist der direkte Ansprechpartner unserer in- und ausländischen Geschäftspartner
  • Du stehst täglich in intensivem Kontakt mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Agenten und Ihrem Ansprechpartner im Vertrieb
  • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Abwicklung und Anbahnung von Einkaufs- und Verkaufsgeschäften

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - gerne in einer Spedition oder im Außenhandel - oder ein vergleichbares abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Import- bzw. Exportgeschäft
  • Gute Spanisch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift – idealerweise auch Deutsch
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an einer neuen Herausforderung und der täglichen Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Agenten usw.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
