O Vendedor Técnico é responsável por realizar vendas técnicas de produtos especializados, atuando na prospecção, negociação e fechamento de contratos. Este profissional deve possuir conhecimento técnico aprofundado sobre os produtos oferecidos, além de habilidades de comunicação e persuasão para apresentar soluções personalizadas aos clientes.

  • Realizar prospecção ativa por novos clientes potenciais através de pesquisa de mercado, networking, e abordagem direta clientes e manutenção da carteira atual, identificando oportunidades de negócio.
  • Apresentar e demonstrar os produtos de forma técnica, destacando seus benefícios e diferenciais.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais personalizadas, levando em consideração as necessidades e demandas dos clientes.
  • Negociar condições comerciais, prazos e formas de pagamento, visando fechar contratos vantajosos para ambas as partes.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências e inovações do mercado, bem como sobre os produtos concorrentes.
  • Acompanhar o pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação do cliente e buscando novas oportunidades de negócio.
  • Participar de eventos, feiras e congressos do setor, a fim de ampliar a rede de contatos e fortalecer a imagem da empresa.
  • Colaborar com o time de marketing na criação de materiais de apoio às vendas, como catálogos, apresentações e cases de sucesso.
  • Reportar periodicamente os resultados das vendas e ações realizadas, contribuindo para a elaboração de estratégias comerciais mais eficazes.
  • Cadastrar clientes no sistema e enviar cotações.
  • Processar e faturar pedidos.
