Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar na área comercial, com foco na prospecção de clientes, desenvolvimento de novos negócios e relacionamento com construtoras, obras e parceiros do segmento da construção civil.A pessoa será responsável por identificar oportunidades comerciais, apresentar soluções e produtos, acompanhar projetos e desenvolver relacionamentos que contribuam para a expansão dos negócios na região de atuação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar visitas externas a obras, construtoras, empresas e potenciais clientes para prospecção e desenvolvimento de negócios;Identificar novas oportunidades comerciais e desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes e parceiros;Apresentar produtos e soluções voltados à construção civil, incluindo materiais elétricos e produtos correlatos;Realizar visitas técnicas e comerciais para entender as necessidades dos clientes e identificar oportunidades de aplicação dos produtos;Levantar informações e necessidades de materiais para apoiar a elaboração de propostas comerciais;Acompanhar projetos e oportunidades de venda, desde a prospecção até o fechamento do negócio;Desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento com a carteira de clientes existente, buscando novas oportunidades;Atuar em parceria com representantes comerciais para ampliar a presença da empresa no mercado;Participar de feiras, eventos e ações comerciais para divulgação de produtos e prospecção de novos clientes;Acompanhar metas e resultados comerciais da região.

Requisitos e qualificações RequisitosEnsino superior completo ou em andamento, ou formação técnica;Experiência anterior com vendas externas;Experiência no segmento da construção civil, preferencialmente com venda de materiais de construção;CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas comerciais.DiferenciaisExperiência com venda de materiais elétricos;Formação técnica ou cursos na área de Elétrica ou Eletrônica;Conhecimento de produtos elétricos e soluções aplicadas à construção civil;Experiência no atendimento a construtoras, obras, instaladores e empresas do setor.Informações adicionaisÁrea de atuação: Comercial externo;Modelo de trabalho: Externo, com visitas a clientes e obras;Remuneração: Salário fixo + Premiação trimestral;Estrutura de trabalho: Veículo disponibilizado pela empresa para atividades profissionais.
