Koordynator ds. Obsługi Nocnej odpowiada za zapewnienie wsparcia operacyjnego klientom i kierowcom w godzinach nocnych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem pilnych i wymagających szybkiej reakcji spraw. Osoba na tym stanowisku dba o ciągłość obsługi poza standardowymi godzinami pracy, wspiera sprawne funkcjonowanie operacji poprzez skuteczną koordynację i rozwiązywanie problemów oraz, w razie potrzeby, zapewnia wsparcie zespołowi pracującemu w ciągu dnia.

  • Umiejętność samodzielnej pracy i podejmowania szybkich decyzji
  • Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów oraz wysokie poczucie odpowiedzialności
  • Umiejętność ustalania priorytetów w dynamicznym środowisku pracy
  • Podstawowa znajomość zagadnień technicznych (systemy, urządzenia)
  • Gotowość do pracy na zmianach nocnych i weekendowych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego; znajomość dodatkowych języków, szczególnie rosyjskiego, będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Zapewnianie bieżącego wsparcia klientom i kierowcom w sytuacjach wymagających pilnej reakcji
  • Pomoc w rozwiązywaniu problemów związanych z kartami paliwowymi, płatnościami i korzystaniem z usług
  • Wsparcie kierowców w rozwiązywaniu problemów z urządzeniami do poboru opłat drogowych oraz rozwiązaniami awaryjnymi
  • Przeprowadzanie użytkowników przez poszczególne procesy (np. składanie zamówień, korzystanie z systemów, podstawowa nawigacja)
  • Udzielanie jasnych instrukcji oraz podstawowego wsparcia w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów
  • Monitorowanie zgłoszonych problemów aż do ich rozwiązania lub właściwego przekazania do odpowiedniego zespołu
  • Zapewnianie jasnej i terminowej komunikacji z klientami i kierowcami, w tym przekazywanie informacji o statusie zgłoszeń
  • Informowanie klientów i kierowców, jeśli dalsze wsparcie będzie wymagało kontaktu z zespołem Customer Care w standardowych godzinach pracy (8:00–17:00)
  • Eskalowanie krytycznych problemów do odpowiednich zespołów, gdy jest to konieczne
  • Koordynowanie bieżących problemów podczas zmiany oraz wspieranie ustalania priorytetów dla pilnych zgłoszeń
  • Zapewnianie prawidłowego przepływu informacji pomiędzy zespołami (np. podczas przekazywania obowiązków pomiędzy zmianą nocną a dzienną)
  • Zapewnianie wsparcia operacyjnego zespołowi pracującemu w ciągu dnia / Customer Care, gdy jest to wymagane
  • Monitorowanie powtarzających się problemów, błędów systemowych i ryzyk operacyjnych oraz odpowiednie ich zgłaszanie
  • Przestrzeganie wewnętrznych procesów i standardów obsługi oraz realizacja określonych KPI
  • Wykonywanie innych zadań zleconych przez bezpośredniego przełożonego
