Hledáme obchodníka do našeho Telesales týmu v Praze! Co by Ti nemělo chybět? • Výborné komunikační schopnosti jsou trochu klišé, ale budeš je potřebovat. Stejně tak ale schopnost efektivně naslouchat potřebám klientů (klišé 2.0) • Předešlá zkušenost s obchodem, na oblasti/firmě popravdě nezáleží, do světa komerční silniční dopravy Tě zasvětíme • Během komunikace s klienty využiješ výhradně češtinu, ale naše firma je mezinárodní, takže se Ti bude hodit alespoň lehká znalost AJ • Běžná uživatelská znalost MS Office – Word, Excel, etc., ale samozřejmě tabulkový master je vždy vítán Jak bude vypadat Tvůj den: • Budeš si volat s našimi klienty – výjezdy do terénu u nás v týmu nemáme (pokud tedy nejde o výjimečné situace) a místo toho se potkáváme v našich kancelářích na Vyšehradě • Nebudeš pracovat s call scripty, ale s reálnými potřebami našich klientů a na budování vztahů s nimi • Produkty, které nabízíme se pojí s pohonnými hmotami, mýtnými službami, telematikou atd., ale Tvým úkolem bude pochopit primárně komplexitu našeho řešení, které našim klientům dokážeme nabídnout • Neutečeš ani datům - nějaké jednodušší analytice a reportům
