Job description

As a Pricing & Monetization Analyst, you will help drive Eurowag's pricing and monetization agenda through data-driven insights, commercial analysis, and innovative thinking. Your mission is to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and customer value across our portfolio. You will support strategic pricing initiatives, develop business cases, evaluate monetization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that influence commercial decision-making. Working closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Data teams, you will help shape how Eurowag prices, packages, and monetizes its products and services. This role focuses on analytical support, monetization opportunities, and commercial impact while operating at a more hands-on, individual contributor level. Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working with data-driven analyses and business performance evaluation.
  • Ability to structure analyses and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
  • Exposure to pricing, monetization, product economics, or commercial decision support is an advantage.
  • Experience in transportation, mobility, fintech, SaaS, telecommunications, or similar industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • SQL knowledge basics
  • Python nice to have
  • Experience with financial modelling and business case development.

Pricing Analytics & Commercial Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior, profitability, pricing performance, and commercial effectiveness across products and markets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, customer retention, and product adoption.
  • Assess the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Monitor key commercial and pricing performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.

Monetization Strategy & Innovation

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new monetization opportunities across Eurowag's product and service portfolio.
  • Develop business cases for new revenue streams, pricing models, and commercial initiatives.
  • Support the design and assessment of subscription, tiered, bundled, usage-based, and value-based pricing models.
  • Analyze customer value drivers and willingness-to-pay.
  • Challenge existing commercial models and propose ideas that improve monetization and customer value.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging monetization practices.

Financial Modelling & Business Cases

  • Build and maintain pricing, profitability, and revenue models.
  • Develop business cases for pricing initiatives, new products, and commercial opportunities.
  • Quantify expected financial impact and evaluate associated risks.
  • Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support decision making.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses across relevant industries and markets.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and revenue opportunities.
  • Support customer segmentation and value proposition analyses.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Data teams.
  • Support strategic pricing and monetization projects.
  • Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders and management discussions.
  • Contribute to building pricing and monetization capabilities across the organization.
