Job description

Provides support to EW customers in the area of tax refund services and performs related document processing activities. Ensures that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Works closely with sales representatives (agile team) and builds valuable and meaningful relationships with both new and existing customers within the assigned region for tax refund activities.

  • Experience in a similar position for 1-2 years is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and high level of responsibility
  • Time management skills (working with a lot of deadlines)
  • Advanced level in Excel
  • Native Romanian speaker, English on a conversational level

Adaptable person, open to change and committed to continuous learning

  • Management of Daktela requests in the 3 projects of the department (TAXRO / TAXVATRO / TAXEDRO):Pick up, check and solve requests from customers/internal departments and answering by email. Taking over requests for activation, modification, closure of the VAT/excise service Processing and forwarding requests to Reamon Tax.
  • Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the client's registration for the purpose of VAT refundStatement 150 Draft POA for submitting the ANAF declarations Representation POA for VAT refunds in other Member States
  • Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the registration of the client for the purpose of refund of excise duties and of the documentation for the recovery of excise duties in other Member StatesRepresentation POA Forms for registration and obtaining NIF Registration of the documentation regarding the fueled vehicles in the company's computer system
  • External invoices and receiptsChecking the eligibility of the invoices issued by third-party suppliers for VAT refund and uploading them to AEQ Checking the eligibility of the fiscal receipts and their transmission to the headquarters in Dacice. Centralization of invoices/tax receipts and preparation of the AWB for sending to the headquarters in Dacice.
  • Keeping records of documents managed by the employeeKeeping records in dedicated reports (external invoices, VAT / excise registration documentation, etc.) Scanning the documentation that is sent biweekly to Dacice.
  • Collaboration with the team in charge of communication with the tax authoritiesIf additional information is requested by the tax authorities in the process of VAT / excise refund, the employee will inform the customer by phone and email about the request providing the necessary details and assistance to him. Collection from the client, verification and transmission by email/original of the additional documents requested by the team in charge of communication with the tax authorities.
  • Registering and updating vehicles in Aequitas (AEQ)Requesting documentation from the client (vehicle identity card, registration certificate, leasing/rental contract) Inserting the technical data in AEQ and uploading PDF documents Vehicle registration and registration in Spain for excise duty refund service
  • Mail managementPicking up mail and distributing it to dedicated people

Checking, processing and bi-weekly dispatching of VAT/excise documentation to the headquarters in Dacice
