Description du poste

Au sein d'une équipe dynamique pour le compte d'une grande maison du luxe, nous recherchons un Technicien / Ingénieur support de proximité VIP - Anglais bilingue avec une expertise sur les environnements Apple.

Les missions principales :

  • Diagnostique et assistance
  • Intervention auprès des utilisateurs Business priority et VIP
  • Gestion des tickets (incident, assistance, demande) via ServiceNow
  • Vérification du bon fonctionnement des équipements informatiques
  • Préparation des postes de travail
  • Configuration de la session utilisateurs
  • Installation de logiciel métier
  • Mises à jour des logiciels et du système d'exploitation MacOS
  • Démonstration et instruction d'utilisation du Mac aux nouveaux arrivants
  • Livraison et installation du matériel sur plusieurs sites
  • Paramétrage de la double Authentification (MFA)
  • Sauvegarde des données via OneDrive, Time Machine et serveur d'équipe
  • Création de fiches d'attribution de matériel informatique
  • Gestion du parc informatique
  • Réinitialisation des postes et remise en stock
  • Météo journalière de l'activité de proximité (état des imprimantes, incidents et demande, état du backlog, gestion du stock matériel)

Qualifications

Ce job est fait pour vous si vous vous reconnaissez dans les caractéristiques ci-dessous :

  • Expérience sur JAMF (idéalement certifié JAMF 100 minimum)
  • Autonomie et organisation
  • Souci du détail
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles, tact et diplomatie
  • Anglais B1 minimum
