Ben jij een ervaren Epic Owner die moeiteloos stakeholders betrekt, draagvlak creëert en verandering stimuleert? Voor een organisatie binnen de energiesector zijn wij op zoek naar een senior Epic Owner die een sleutelrol speelt in de verdere ontwikkeling van datagedreven processen, systemen en producten. In deze rol draag je bij aan innovatieve oplossingen rondom data-uitwisseling, energieregisters en dataservices, waarbij betrouwbare, herleidbare en toekomstbestendige data centraal staat. Je zorgt voor de verbinding tussen business, architectuur en IT en begeleidt complexe verandertrajecten binnen een dynamische omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van grootschalige veranderingen op het gebied van data-uitwisseling, registers en dataservices.
  • Ontwikkelen en realiseren van epics die bijdragen aan een datagedreven toekomst en zorgen voor samenhang tussen strategie, architectuur, processen en implementatie.
  • Verbinden van architecten, business stakeholders en IT-teams rondom gezamenlijke doelstellingen.
  • Creëren van draagvlak voor veranderingen en gezamenlijke afspraken binnen een complexe stakeholderomgeving.
  • Sturen op adoptie van nieuwe datapatronen, registers en uitwisselingsmechanismen en begeleiden van de uitfasering van legacy-oplossingen.
  • Borgen van datakwaliteit, governance, semantische consistentie en assurance binnen veranderinitiatieven.
  • Vertalen van architectuurkaders naar concrete roadmaps, features en implementaties.
  • Begeleiden van organisatiebrede verandertrajecten met focus op samenwerking en resultaat.

Functie-eisen

  • Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding met HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Epic Owner, Projectleider of vergelijkbare rol binnen een complexe IT-organisatie.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is vereist.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van de energiemarkt en gerelateerde ketenprocessen.
  • Ervaring met grootschalige verandertrajecten waarbij meerdere organisaties of stakeholders betrokken zijn.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met SAFe, Leading SAFe of SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (certificering is een plus).
  • Ervaring met Jira Align is een pré.
  • Kennis van data-architectuur, event-driven integratie en dataplatformen.
  • Ervaring met semantische modellering en gegevensstandaarden.
  • Kennis van governance-, assurance- en compliancevraagstukken rondom data.
  • Sterk vermogen om architectuurvisies te vertalen naar uitvoerbare plannen.
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau.
  • Sterke communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om complexe vraagstukken terug te brengen tot concrete besluitvorming.
  • Resultaatgericht, pragmatisch en organisatiesensitief.
  • Ervaring met het werken in een omgeving met veel afhankelijkheden en uiteenlopende belangen.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Opdracht van 32 uur per week.
  • Startdatum: 1 december 2026.
  • Standplaats: gemiddeld 2 dagen per week in Amersfoort en om de week 1 dag in Rotterdam.
